YELLOW UMBRELLAS - tet JC-96-L.Y. (24"-ERe-6"-Ev) This cultivar is a rich, clear, yellow with a slight green suffusion and very green throat. Flowers are round and lightly ruffled with very good substance. The scapes are very stout and have three lateral branches each having forked branches, and in addition there is three way top forked branching. YELLOW UMBRELLAS displays its blooms nicely often with three or more open on a scape at a time. With as many as 40 buds and repeat scapes the cultivar has a long bloom cycle. Plants are of the darkest green and vigorous and display the flowers just above the foliage giving a rich contrast with the bright yellow flowers. Outstanding performance is keynote with this cultivar. Fertile both ways. |
