| LAVENDER EYED PICOTEE
TET Admiral’s Braid x Arabian Magic - J. Carpenter (24”-MRe-6”-Ev.)
Many have been awaiting the release of this cultivar for its unusual pronounced lavender edge and watermark throat. Edges in many colors are on the scene presently, but the lavender edges have been the most elusive until this one came along. The combination of the genetics of this one with that of Tet Lavender Blue Baby should insure more development in lavender edges. The vigorous cultivar has strong scapes with 2 to 3 way lateral branching and up to 35 buds. The plants send up repeat scapes giving an extended bloom season. It was blooming in May and new well branched scapes are just beginning to bloom now in mid July with a few blooms near 7 inches in diameter. The flower is fertile both ways. $75.00
